Fung was a part of the University of Washington tennis team from 2015 to May 2019 and turned pro after. She was named an All-American during her junior year. In 2019, she reached her first professional singles final at an ITF W15 in Cancún, losing to Emilie Lindh in the final. She reached her first professional doubles final at the same tournament. In 2021, she won her first professional singles title, winning in straight sets over Yuliana Monroy at an ITF W15 in Cancún. Also in 2021, she won back-to-back ITF W15s doubles titles in Cancún. In 2022, Fung won three ITF W15s all in Cancún. Stacey Fung (born February 6, 1997 in Hamilton, Bermuda) is a Canadian professional tennis player. She reached a career-high WTA singles ranking of No. 222 on February 26, 2024 and a career-high WTA doubles ranking of No. 454 on July 17, 2023.
Fung was a part of the University of Washington tennis team from 2015 to May 2019 and turned pro after. She was named an All-American during her junior year. In 2019, she reached her first professional singles final at an ITF W15 in Cancún, losing to Emilie Lindh in the final. She reached her first professional doubles final at the same tournament. In 2021, she won her first professional singles title, winning in straight sets over Yuliana Monroy at an ITF W15 in Cancún. Also in 2021, she won back-to-back ITF W15s doubles titles in Cancún. In 2022, Fung won three ITF W15s all in Cancún. The same year, she won her first ITF W25 singles title at the tournament in Fredericton, defeating Arianne Hartono in the final.
