She reached a career-high WTA singles ranking of No. 112 on February 22, 2010 and a career-high WTA doubles ranking of No. 307 on April 5, 2010. In 2006, at the [[Canadian Open\|Rogers Cup]], Tétreault played doubles with [[Sharon Fichman]], but they lost in the first round against the eventual winning doubles team of Martina Navratilova and Nadia Petrova in two sets. In 2007, she played again the [[Canadian Open\|Rogers Cup]] this time with [[Aleksandra Wozniak]]. They lost their first round match against Francesca Schiavone and Roberta Vinci in two sets. In 2008, she played doubles with Mélanie Gloria at the [[Canadian Open\|Rogers Cup]]. They lost their match in the first round in three sets against Melinda Czink and Olga Savchuk. At the 2008 [[~~Coupe~~Tournoi ~~Banque~~de ~~Nationale~~Québec\|Challenge Bell]], she played the singles competition where she lost in the second round against Bethanie Mattek-Sands in three sets. At the 2009 US Open she lost her first round match against Magdaléna Rybáriková in three sets. In 2010, her final year on the Tour, she won three qualifying matches at the Australian Open, but was handily eliminated by Kim Clijsters, former No. 1 and reigning US Open champion, in straight sets. She announced her retirement from professional tennis with immediate effect on December 9, 2010.
